Week 1 of 30·Part I·God’s Heart

Creation

Hebrew asah — to fashion, accomplish, or produce. Greek poieō — to make, to create, to do.

Creation is God making the whole world and everything in it. He made people in a special way so we could know, love, and reflect Him.

Memory verse

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
